To edit your order: Please email with the subject line “EDIT ORDER”.
We will always do our best to help, however, we cannot guarantee any changes once your order has been placed and cannot make any changes once your order has been shipped.

Where are your products made?
As our products hold the esteemed certification for organic quality, we maintain strict oversight over our production processes and ingredients. The AIAB, Italy’s premier certification agency for organic cosmetics, continuously monitors and evaluates our production practices and ingredients as well as the packaging to ensure compliance with their stringent standards.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to these countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?
