Shipping and returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping times will depend on shipping destination, and will range from 2 to 5 business days. There is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

Luxembourg:  fixed shipping costs of €5 for orders up to €60. Local pickup is free of charge. 

Belgium, France, Germany, and the Netherlands: fixed shipping costs of €8 for orders up to €100.

Austria, Denmark, Italy, and Poland: fixed shipping costs of €10 for orders up to €100.

Finland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden: fixed shipping costs of €15 for orders up to €150.

Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, and Slovenia: fixed shipping costs of €15 for orders up to €150.

Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania: fixed shipping costs of €20 for orders up to €200.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 business days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you’d like to exchange your order for different products, please return your product and place a new order online.

Shipping

When returning a product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Please make sure to prepare the parcel so that the products are well protected.
